Trial Cancellations & Inactive Accounts: For PetSites created through the legacy browser builder at pet-site.xyz/builder, unpaid or canceled accounts in the 7-day trial phase that are not upgraded will have their active page un-deployed and archived after 30 days. Data Deletion Requests: You may request full deletion of your account, pet profile data, and associated media files at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification, your data will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days. 6.
